Menu Planning part 2

Hey!  Our little menu planning experiment worked really well last week, so we're trying it again this week.  

Monday 
Roasted turkey thighs 
Roasted potatoes
Corn and pepper salad 
Broccoli 

Tuesday 
Black bean and sweet potato enchiladas (leftover from Sunday) 
Asparagus 
Greek yogurt 

Wednesday 
Turkey tetrazzini 
Broccoli 
Casaba melon 

Thursday 
Tomato garlic soup 
Grilled cheese sandwiches 
green salad 
Greek yogurt

Friday 
Leftovers 

Saturday 



Sunday 
Leftover cake.
